Undertaking

            To be signed when papers concerning esoteric teachings are entrusted to be translated, typed, revised, polycopied or read to groups.

            I, the undersigned, undertake to be under the following obligations:

1.         I will keep in safe custody all papers concerning esoteric teachings received by me and I will take all necessary measures to prevent their falling into the hands of outsiders.

2.         I recognize that these papers are for the exclusive use of the Sufi Order and its courses and that they are only lent to me for the above purpose. I will restore them when asked to do so by Vilayat Pirzade or the assistant Madar-ul-Maham, Madam Yvonne Guillaume.

3.         I will take precautions against unforseen events, such as cessation of work, illness, passing away, etc. and I will have made the necessary arrangements, including a testament, that in such events all papers are to be handed over to...........................................................................................................................
or to be restored directly to Vilayat Pirzade.

4.         I will keep all sacred teachings together in the file cover in which they have been given to me. Especially when these papers have been entrusted to me to be translated, revised, typed or polycopied, I shall take good care to keep them tidy and always put them back in the cover when not working on them.

5.         I promise not to copy for my own use, or to allow anybody to copy the texts entrusted to me. If these papers have been given to me to be translated, typed or polycopied, I promise not to allow or to give an opportunity to anybody to read them.

6.         I shall sign a receipt for the papers which I have received and return this receipt to the assistant Madar-ul-Maham, Fazal Manzil, 23 Rue de la Tuilerie, Suresnes, Seine.

7. (see 1) I understand that the term “Esoteric Teachings“ includes all teachings referred to as “Courses of the Sufi Order“ and all translations of them.
